UMURAZA Delice Marie
Chief Executive Officer
Divert is a travel and tours agency founded by Delice Marie Umuraza in June 2024. The company was born from a spark of inspiration and encouragement provided by an old workmate who played a pivotal role in shaping its foundation — motivating her to embrace fearlessness, cultivate courage, and take the leap into entrepreneurship.
Her love for tourism began at the age of 10, growing up watching her godmother travel the world as a cabin crew member and work for many tourism companies. The advice she received was simple yet profound: success doesn’t always require significant initial capital — just enough to start, with the confidence that it can be regained within a short period.
